Three generations ago, Bessie Zeller's parents started raising bees, now Zeller and Son's honey company has over 3000 colonies of bees and produces up to 1/2 million pounds of honey a year. The honey is used in the family-owned candy operation; Queen Bee Gardens stresses gourmet taste and produces some of the world's finest hand-dipped candies. Without sacrificing taste or style, the company produces a healthy, preservative-free candy featuring little or no sugar.
