Wyoming Salers Natural Beef is FREE from growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics, implants, chemicals or drugs. In addition, ALL CUTS of Wyoming Salers Natural Beef are dry aged a minimum of 21 days, including the ground chuck and steak burgers. We also carry a full line of All Natural Beef Jerky and Bratwurst that are free from MSG and nitrates.
The beef is hand-raised in the authentic Western tradition. They are raised and roam on the ranch, living of the grasses and brush native to Wyoming’s high plains and mountains.
