All of Uncle Milt’s products are locally made in Wyoming for all cowboys, cowgirls, city slickers and all sorts of critters. These products include: “Uncle Milt’s” Wyo-Mex Salzza; Critter Rubs; Mexican, Cajun, BBQ and Chili Seasonings; Habanero and Chipotle Hot Sauces; Chicken Wing and BBQ Sauces; and Jalapeno and Habanero Jellies. Uncle Milt’s will have new products available in 2007, so stay in touch!

Uncle Milt’s is a gourmet food company that uses only the best spices, fresh vegetables and herbs. No MSG is added to the products and the food is kept as chemical FREE as possible. In some of the products, Uncle Milt’s does not use salt and most of the products have a low salt content.

The “Critter Rubs” are wonderful for wild game, beef, pork, lamb, fish and poultry. You can use it as a jerky seasoning as well.

Check out the Cowboy Habanero Sauce, which is an excellent seller and tastes great! The Cowgirl Chipotle Habanero Hot Sauce will spice up your life and give it that added kick. The very popular Spicy Mustard BBQ Sauce has a wonderful taste and can be used in a variety of ways. A new product is the Chuckwagon BBQ Sauce with a little Whisky added to give it that cowboy kick. Don’t forget to check out our Jalapeno and Habanero Jellies. They always sell out of these.
