On March 17, 1956 Don and Elma Stepp opened a homemade candy store in Casper, Wyoming that was destined to become a tradition with many families. They worked many hours handcrafting candy canes, lollipops, fudges, popcorn and candies as well as packaging gifts for all occasions. One thing hasn't changed - the quality that comes from the care and pride that are part of each recipe.
